20 years of helping leaders succeed

My purpose in life is to raise awareness and help people connect to the Self to shift the consciousness from ego-system to eco-system awareness – the wellbeing of all.

My aim as a coach is to increase leaders awareness and help get them unstuck so that they can increase the overall health and wellbeing of the system.

I hold an MBA from the Estonian Business School and bring over 20 years of corporate leadership experience. For more than a decade, I was responsible for B2B sales, customer service and product development at Telia.

As a leadership coach and consultant for the past 12 years, I have been transforming businesses by driving focus, discipline, and execution, resulting in tangible improvements in performance. I have a proven track record of delivering impactful results for organizations across more than 10 countries in Europe and Asia.

As a leadership coach, I have developed my skills in London at the Academy of Executive Coaching (Advanced Practitioner of Executive Coaching) and I am also a practitioner of self-managing organizations as a Holacracy Practitioner.
